Tristen Vieaux is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Northern Arizona University and nearly two decades of clinical experience. She has completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and is a Level II EMDR therapist. Tristen takes a trauma-informed, integrative approach — working with the whole person, mind, body, and spirit — to help clients find their voice, heal old wounds, and build new patterns of relating. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion, guiding clients through difficult terrain with empathy, structure, and clarity.
