Quddus Maus is a licensed professional counselor specializing in insomnia treatment using CBT-I. He has a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and has also seen many patients with anxiety and trauma.
Quddus offers mindfulness-based experiential counseling for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Quddus believes the healing process is a journey, which must involve the whole being: mind, body, and spirit and views the individual through a “systems” based lens.
